Chef Ji-Yeon Park grew up waking before dawn to help her grandmother sort the morning catch at Jagalchi Market in Busan. Every fish had a story — a family, a sea, a season.박지연 셰프는 부산 자갈치시장에서 새벽마다 할머니의 좌판을 도우며 자랐습니다. 생선 한 마리마다 이야기가 있었습니다 — 가족, 바다, 그리고 계절.
After training under Michelin-starred chefs in Seoul and San Francisco, she opened Haean in 2018 with one conviction: the best seafood needs only honesty.
